Our story

Years in the making

Filema didn’t appear overnight. It grew from decades of life in Tsilivi – long days behind the counter, late nights with friends, and a deep love for the food and rhythm of Zakynthos. Summer 2026 marks the beginning of something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time.

Our philosophy

Simple food, done with care

Good ingredients, treated with respect. Recipes that honour the Greek table without trying to reinvent it. Generous portions made to be shared, served in a relaxed setting where no one is in a hurry. That’s the kind of place we wanted Filema to be – and that’s what we hope you’ll find.
